How to join EV.G?
Adhesion to Escola Virtual.Gov - EV.G is done by signing a Term of Adhesion to the Protocol of Intent.
The EV.G Protocol of Intent formalized the institutions' commitment to establishing bases of technical and operational cooperation for the training and improvement of public servants in the distance modality, through centralization of course hosting services.

WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP MODALITIES?
The participating institutions may cooperate in one or more of the following ways:
Content Writer
content development, copyright protection and technical quality of the course
Academic
validation and maintenance of the pedagogical and methodological quality of the course
Translator
responsible for translating course or platform content
Certifier
recognize a course or program as a qualification requirement for access to benefits
Sponsor
donation or sponsorship for the provision of services and/or offering of EV.G support products
Step-by-step Membership
Institutions interested in being part of EV.G must give formal consent from the institution and be aware of the content of the Memorandum of Understanding to be signed (by email). Send email to asrel@enap.gov.br.
In the same email, the interested institution must send the following documentation Term of Adhesion.
The document will then be signed by the President of Enap and the authority responsible for the partner institution.
After signing the instrument, the EV.G team will forward the document to the partner institution. Ready! The institution is already able to participate in EV.G in its most diverse modalities.
